FESTIVAL CONTINUES TO SHARE THE HERITAGE
Provincetown Portuguese Festival Celebration 2024

June 27 - June 30, 2024

Dear Community:

Thank you to all who joined us for the Festival this year ! We hope you enjoyed the music, dancing, food and events that make Festival Weekend so special.

On Sunday the Blessing of the Fleet once again connected the history of Provincetown to the fishermen of today, honoring their legacy.

Behind the scenes the Committee sends our deepest thanks to all who gave so much to keep the tradition alive and energize the future of the Festival.

Preparations for the 2024 Provincetown Portuguese Festival & Blessing of the Fleet are currently underway. The festivities promise to be a wonderful celebration of Portuguese heritage and the historic fishing fleet of Provincetown. Live music and dancing, delicious food, presentations by local fishermen, a crafts fair, and other exciting activities are in store.

The Fishermen's Mass will take place on Sunday, followed by a procession to MacMillan Pier and a Blessing of the Fleet.

We will update the schedule as soon as it is finalized so that you can plan to celebrate with your loved ones.
